But as fans have seen with many quarterbacks , including Fitzpatrick throughout his career, it's much easier to be the backup coming in with low expectations than the starter with high team aspirations. "Because when the owner stops believing in you, and the GM stops believing in you, and the coaches stop believing in you, sometimes all you have is yourself", Fitzpatrick said last week . Read More

Owen Hargreaves urges Jose Mourinho to play Henrikh Mkhitaryan

A poor showing in United's league defeat to City, combined with an injury on worldwide duty, hasn't helped things as Mkhitaryan was left out of United's squad for their recent matches against Liverpool, Fenerbahce and Chelsea. "But I will do everything to try and help the team". Because it wouldn't be like Mourinho to completely overlook an exciting attacking talent would it? I went to the game against Leicester and I was reading the game and I thought we needed the speed of Jesse Lingard. Read More

Devontae Booker's Fantasy Value After C.J. Anderson Injury

While not jumping to conclusions, it is worrisome that Anderson isn't yet able to practice. However, in order for that offense to click at its best, it could use him and Booker healthy and providing a 1-2 punch. "Nobody really got down even after those few losses in a row". That said, if the Chargers can strike quickly and build a lead, the defensive-minded Broncos would be challenged in trying to rally behind an inexperienced quarterback. Read More

Title still the spur, insists Poch

Spurs could have climbed above Manchester City and Arsenal with a victory in the weekend's early kick-off but it was Bournemouth who had the better of things at the Vitality Stadium and should arguably have taken all three points. HUNTING FOR TDS: Tight end Hunter Henry is looking to become the first Chargers rookie to score touchdowns in four straight games since Paul Lowe and Don Norton did it in the franchise's ... Fournette sets LSU record, Tigers top Ole Miss, 38-21

Here are five items to keep an eye on during Orgeron's ongoing audition. Was Tom Allen more important than we thought? We're playing for our pride, we're playing to win every single game regardless of the outcome of the game before. It appears Fournette will join the mix after practicing this week, but chances are he won't resume the workhorse role that saw him delivering or taking one pounding after another while often running into the teeth of defenses that were aligned primarily to stop ...
