He engages with the Patriots' Alumni Association and is invited to home games at Gillette Stadium and Super Bowl parades, and serves as an ambassador of the franchise for many a community service project.

"My objective in buying the Patriots is to help bring a championship to New England", Kraft said when he took over the team. Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody said there are more arrests to come in the case, as prosecutors are working on filing more charges.

The Patriots won the Super Bowl this month over the Los Angeles Rams for their sixth National Football League championship in the past 18 seasons, making them the most successful team in pro sports during that span. He has been dating 39-year-old actress Ricki Noel Lander since 2012.

Kraft previously was involved in several high-profile battles with Goodell - at one time a close ally - including in 2007, when he was fined $250,000 for "Spygate", and in 2017, when the team was fined $1 million and docked a first-round draft pick for its alleged involvement in "Deflategate".

After graduating from Harvard Business School in 1965, Kraft, a MA native, began his career with the Rand-Whitney Group, a paper and packaging company owned by his father-in-law.

Kraft's wife of many decades, Myra Hiatt Kraft, died in 2011 of ovarian cancer.

"Well it's very sad. He's proclaimed his innocence totally and but I'm very surprised to see it", Trump said.

Kraft, 77, is among hundreds of suspected "Johns", according to TMZ, who allegedly paid between $59-$79 an hour for prostitutes.

In a statement to the Associated Press, a spokesperson for Kraft stated that they denied Kraft's engagement in illegal activity, but provided no further comments.

"I was very surprised to see it", the president said. "They can't leave and they are performing sex acts", Currey said, according to TCPalm. They also stopped men who broke traffic laws after visiting the spa and four of them told police about what the spa was really doing.

Kraft is owner of the Kraft group, which has interests in sports and real estate, and has been the owner of the Super Bowl-winning Patriots since 1994. He hired Bill Belichick as coach in 2000, and the team later drafted quarterback Tom Brady, launching its almost two decades of success.
