NFL Prop Bets to Target for the Divisional Round

Posted January 14, 2019

This may be the most intriguing game of the weekend. The Chiefs gave up the most first downs ever, with 419.

The turnover battle is key to most games and that will most certainly be the case in Foxborough.

The victor will move on to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, January 20th. Despite producing back-to-back division titles for the first time in almost four decades, both coach and quarterback knew the results that matter most are those produced in the playoffs.

The NFL's leading rusher during the regular season rolled into the Wild Card Round with 30 touches for 169 yards and a touchdown in a win over the Seahawks. This game likely will be incredibly high-scoring. I think that ends in New Orleans this weekend.

Dallas Cowboys (11-6) at Los Angeles Rams (13-3): Saturday, Jan. 12, 8:15 p.m. Philly started playing better defense, and there's the Nick Foles magic thing.

The public is all over the LAC to cover more than a field goal, but we have to once again go against them.

"It was incredible what they did today", Goff said of the Rams' running backs. And now it could be the setting for Prescott to reach something Romo never could: an NFC championship game.

It's hard identifying a historical analogue to the 2018 Chiefs, a team of such extremes. My prediction here is that LA takes the win. "But finally we get a chance to win that AFC championship and to get to do it at home is so special for us". This will be another close game, in my opinion.

They faced a 17-0 hole before they realized what had happened, and it was 24-7 at halftime with their only points coming on a blocked punt that was recovered in the end zone. The Chargers present a real challenge as they're talented all-around and also play very well on the road, but they're fighting against a whole lot of history here. Phillip Rivers' 105.5 QBR for the season is impressive, their run game is strong, no matter who is on the field, and Keenan Allen is one of the league's top receivers. Even the 33-14 season-ending loss to the Carolina Panthers, embarrassing to a degree perhaps, but a meaningful chess piece to sacrifice in order to properly align everything for the serious game (s) to come.

As for who the Rams will face, well they will either host the Philadelphia Eagles or travel down south to take on the New Orleans Saints, depending on what the results are of Sunday's game between the two NFC teams. Oh, yeah, the Saints also routed the Eagles 48-7 in November, before Philly won six of the next seven, including the 16-15 verdict in Chicago.

The two quarterbacks already put on a spectacular show this regular season, when the Patriots beat the Chiefs 43-40 in October. However, the Saints seem nearly unstoppable. The Saints and Patriots are both playing, and those two teams always draw eyeballs. Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara combined for 174 rushing yards for New Orleans.

"It's going to be a great team". If that is in fact the case, I see the Colts winning and heading to Atlanta. Drew Brees and the Saints dealt the Rams their first loss of the season in Week 9 when the Rams could not overcome a 21-point deficit. Just ask the Ravens' Justin Tucker, the most accurate kicker in National Football League history, who has been standing there in Baltimore since October with his eyes popping out like champagne corks wondering how his extra-point try took that shocking wide-right turn against the Saints.
