Prince Harry and Meghan Markle hit the beach Friday in Australia, where they donned floral leis and met with representatives of a mental health advocacy group - a key theme in their royal foundation's work.
Meghan, who is now pregnant with the couple's first child, donned a Martin Grant maxi dress - continuing her tradition of dressing in Australian designers during her visit Down Under. She told the DailyMail about the conversation she had with the royal mum-to-be.
"Harry said each and every one of us will experience poor mental health at some stage in our lives", Charlotte Connell, one of the participants in the circle, told the Australian Associated Press.
India Brown burst into tears when Prince Harry hugged her across the barricades in Melbourne.
Meghan noted that she was up at 4:30 am that morning to do some yoga herself. "Physical activity like yoga and surfing is so good for healing your mind".
"They said they hadn't really had time to settle down and get their heads round thing, and they have another 70 odd engagements to go, she said". "But she said, 'Flower, you will find your practice - just give it time.' In college, I started doing it more regularly".
Kensington Palace announced on Monday that Meghan and Prince Harry are expecting their first child, due in spring 2019.
