Cardi B has had her fair share of relationship troubles in the past year, and she is imparting words of wisdom onto new mom Khloe Kardashian, who is dealing with allegations of her boyfriend Tristan Thompson cheating on her with multiple women.

Hip hop artist Cardi B has broken Taylor Swift's record for first week Apple Music streams for an album by a female artist.

The previous record was held by Taylor Swift and her album Reputation, but it's worth noting the latter was not made available for streaming until three weeks after its release. By the time it was in the middle of its debut week, Cardi B's album already earned double the amount of streams as Swift's Reputation.

Cardi was born and raised in the Bronx, New York and first came to attention for documenting her career as a stripper on social media.

"Bodak Yellow" is the second song by an unaccompanied female rapper to ever top the Billboard Hot 100, alongside Ms. Lauryn Hill's 1998 track, "Doo Wop (That Thing)". The album is now the fifth most-streamed title on Apple Music, surpassing even artists like Ed Sheeran and The Weeknd. The Drake album "More Life", for example, initially saw 33 million more streams on Apple Music versus Spotify.
