Apple launches iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus (PRODUCT) RED

By contrast, last year's iPhone 7 Product Red edition had a white face. The rumor has turned true with the company's announcement that red-colored models of iPhone 8 would be rolled out in the market starting tomorrow. The new color will be available for preorder starting tomorrow, April 10.

The iPhone 8 lineup now has four different color options (Space Gray, Gold, Silver and Red). RED iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, an unspecified portion of the proceeds from sales of the phones will go directly to the charity.

Since partnering with (RED) in 2006, Apple says that it has donated more than $160 million to the Global Fund, serving as the organisation's largest corporate donor. - Apple is releasing the handsets in 64GB and 256GB storage configurations. Last March, Apple launched a red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus and discontinued those models about six months later when the initial iPhone 8 line launched. Both phones will have the glass enclosures but with the signature cherry red color with matching aluminum band and a black front. No, it's not a (RED) iPhone X by all means, instead, it's a PRODUCT (RED) Leather Folio for aforementioned device.

RED iPhone will be available to order online in select countries and regions from Tuesday and in stores beginning Friday, Apple said in a statement. The (Product) Red leather folio case for the iPhone X will be priced at Rs7,900. But they both now have that signature red case that has appeared on iPhones and other Apple products since 2006.

Both RED iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus sport a handsome glass enclosure with a matching aluminum band.

Apple is known for announcing new iPhones mainly on September of every year except for the earlier iPhone and the iPhone SE. With this deal, customers who buy iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus (or iPhone X) can get a $700 rebate when they buy a second iPhone and port in a new line of service.
