And, they've so far managed to attract some serious plaudits for their action-adventure multiplayer game, Sea Of Thieves. The final beta kicked off this morning and is now active, but will wrap up for good on Sunday, March 11th at 6 AM ET. The version of the game for that upgraded console is almost 10GB larger than the OG Xbox One download, and that includes the 4K textures. These special forts offer greater rewards for those who clear them out, but they're signified by large clouds hovering above them that are visible to all players. Or might they even be there already? Will you work together or against each other to get the treasure? Just like the previous Closed Beta, there are no restrictions on streaming, sharing and uploading gameplay footage. "We can't wait to watch and find out".
Since this is the most players Sea of Thieves has had to handle, Rare warns that you should expect some hiccups, and it might block new players getting into the game intermittently, when problems occur.
Those participating in the beta should keep in mind that Rare might put a hold on other players joining sessions during peak play hours. The goal of this is because Rare wants to ensure everyone receives the best possible experience while playing through the Final Beta.
