Atom will now be joined by Suicide Squad's Enchantress and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
They aren't the first non-DC or NetherRealm characters included as DLC for the game either. Before the two clash again, a kunai is thrown to get their attention and we see the signature turncoat that eventually reveals the Heroes in a Half-Shell. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles however are more popular than Spawn, so this is certainly to make more fans happy.
A trailer for Injustice 2 fighter Pack 23 has just been released and it reveals the final three DLC fighters. Does this mean you use all four at once, or that they're similar to Mortal Kombat X's Triborg where you pick one before the battle?
Injustice 2, NetherRealm's superhero-filled fighting game, is set to receive its most surprising DLC additions yet.

While the TMNT brand is now in the hands of comic book publisher IDW, the Turtles crossed over for a six-issue Batman story - which IDW co-published with DC - that ran in 2016. The PC release will include all previously released DLC for the game on the console versions available at purchase.
Injustice 2 continues the epic cinematic story introduced in Injustice: Gods Among Us as Batman and his allies work towards putting the pieces of society back together while struggling against those who want to restore Superman's regime.
