Amazon pop-up stores coming to Whole Foods

Amazon acquired Whole Foods Market in August of this year. It's not yet known if these deals will also be available online.

Discounts will be applied to some of these products in the week leading up to Black Friday.

Amazon has already started placing its tech products inside some Whole Foods grocery stores, but the Amazon-staffed pop-ups will make for a bigger presence in the grocery chain.

Get ready to pick up a Fire TV stick with your organic granola: Amazon will use its newly acquired Whole Foods storefronts to sell Fire TV devices, Echo speakers and Kindle e-readers this holiday season, the company announced Friday. According to a Whole Foods Market spokeswoman, pop-up stores will land inside stores in Oakland, Cupertino, San Mateo, Los Altos, Redwood City, San Jose, Campbell and Palo Alto. Customers who stop by one of these Pop-Up stores will get the chance to try out some Amazon products in person, as well as learn about Prime if they'd like. These offers will give $20 off on Echo Dot, $30 off on Fire HD 8 Tablets, $20 off on Amazon's all new Echo and an additional $30 off on the Echo Plus, which too is a new device on Amazon.
