The extent of Cruise's injuries are not yet known.

Mission: Impossible 6 star Tom Cruise limped away following what appears to be a stunt gone wrong.

TMZ obtained footage of the 55-year-old actor attempting to do a stunt that required him to jump between two buildings.

Cruise reportedly "hit the building pretty hard" and can be seen limping after pulling himself onto a platform. He is able to hoist himself up, but walks with a visible limp before collapsing next to crew members. At the time of reporting, Cruise's representatives had not answered requests for comment from outlets actively reporting on the situation, including The Hollywood Reporter.

The unsafe stunt was performed today, and soon after, the star began limping, worrying his staff and crew.

The 55-year-old actor was filming the latest movie in the 'Mission: Impossible' franchise - in which he plays International Monetary Fund agent Ethan Hunt - over the weekend when he was hurt on set.

In addition to the rooftop leaping scenes, Cruise has also been filming unsafe stunts in Paris, reports The Telegraph, including one in which he slams a motorcycle into a auto before flipping through the air. The film likewise stars Henry Cavill, Rebecca Ferguson, Angela Bassett and Alec Baldwin.

David Ellison told Collider: "What Tom is doing in this movie I believe will top anything that's come before".
