LG V30 has been the subject of a bunch of leaks and rumors in the past weeks. However low-light photography is where the challenge is that, and there aren't many phones out there that are up to the task. We're used to seeing camera phones with f/2.4, f/2.2, f/2.0, or f/1.8 lens. However, other factors like camera software and optical image stabilization (OIS) plays an important role as well. This is the same processor that Samsung will use under the hood of the Galaxy Note 8, something that means these two will be taking each other head to toe as far as performance is concerned. The one that will see the LG V30 to be marketed on the European market.
The report claims the LG G7 will run Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 845 CPU, which will replace the Snapdragon 845 CPU in 2018. We can expect this smartphone to have upto 6GB of RAM as well since that more or less looks like a very common thing now.
Still, all the important elements are there, from a smoothly curved body to slim screen borders, a familiar but lightly revamped rear-facing dual cam setup, circular fingerprint scanner and LG logo.
Specification wise, LG V30 is expected to come with a 6-inch edge-to-edge OLED display with super thin bezels.
As per an earlier report by XDA Developers, the company will be ditching the secondary display on the V30. An LG V30 floating bar is said to replace the secondary screen. The screen displays quick shortcuts and notifications.
While the former clearly lost the battle against the latter with respect to the LG G6 and Samsung Galaxy S8, the story will definitely be different when the pair unveils their next flagship phones - the LG V30 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
