Usher Faces A New Lawsuit For Allegedly Exposing Another Woman To STD

Posted July 24, 2017

After recently released court documents revealed that Usher paid a sex partner $1.1 million for giving her herpes, yet another woman is speaking out about her intimate experience with the R&B singer. She says the two used a condom the first time they hooked up, but 12 days later they had sex again in a New Orleans hotel room, and this time around she says they did not use a condom.

Now, Jane Doe is suing Usher for negligence, battery, and emotional distress for allegedly exposing her to the STD without disclosing that he has the virus.

Earlier this week, it was reported that the singer paid over $1 million to settle a 2012 lawsuit after he allegedly infected his celebrity stylist flame with Herpes.

The woman, whose name is listed as "Jane Doe" in the legal docs, claims that she and Usher had two sexual encounters in April, the first of which occurred at her Atlanta home.

There had been some signs that Usher may have been cheating on Tameka Foster with Maya Fox-Davis. Foster was pregnant with Usher's child at the time.

Between R. Kelly's alleged harem and Usher's 2004 hit "Let It Burn" taking on a whole new meaning, the foolery isn't over just yet.

As reported, Usher was reportedly exposed to herpes in 2009 or 2010. The plaintiff was later diagnosed with herpes, complete with vaginal sores, fevers and chills, she alleged in papers.

According to California state law, where Usher now resides, it is illegal to knowingly or recklessly transmit a sexually transmitted disease (STD).

Usher has yet to publicly address the reports. We had to retouch it a bit since it's technically a d*** pic, but you can use your imagination and probably Google and find the real thing.
