Participants must be signed up for only one of the Summer Reading Program session time slots.
The Flagg-Rochelle Public Library hours, effective until August 21 is Monday through Thursday 10 a.m.to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m.to 5 p.m.
"This summer our program will focus on those four areas".
To pick up a registration card and program schedule, stop by the Youth Services desk starting on June 12.
"We have found with adults and teens, they prefer a more low-key approach than the kids' programs". Reciprocal patrons of libraries outside Princeton are welcome to participate in summer reading, and summer reading activities are open to all, whether registered for summer reading or not. Some events require early registration and others are available to attend the day of.
The library kicks off its Summer Reading Program from 10 a.m.to noon today at the main branch and from noon to 2 p.m.at the Southmost branch. Mondays will be Movie Mondays at 2 p.m., Tuesdays will be preschool storytime at 10:30 a.m. and Thursdays will be Construction Corners.
It can't be stressed enough - children who read, succeed. They can learn new things through the books we provide.
Prizes will be offered for reading, as well as a number of fun and free activities hosted throughout the summer, including puppet shows, art classes, and science presentations.
