OnePlus 5 could be badass, here's why

As per Chinese site PCPop, the OnePlus 5 is relied upon to pack 8GB of RAM and will be fueled by the most recent Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. A Chinese website has claimed that it knows the specs and features of the OnePlus handset.

A new leak coming from China sheds some light on the hardware features of OnePlus' upcoming flagship handset.

With reduced bezels, the OnePlus 5 will have a display of 1440 x 2560 resolution.

OnePlus 3T also has a nice design - its lean, ripped and solid metal, Nexus 6P on the other hand is bulky in the same nature. The company's latest flagship OnePlus 3T is one of the best Android phones you can buy in the market. However, reports suggest that 8GB remains an unbelievable figure for a smartphone, given that it is unusual for a phone to require an 8GB unless OnePlus is planning into something powerful like an advanced virtual reality platform, NDTV reported. The fingerprint scanner will be relocated to the phone's rear. You don't need to spend much, but you'll have yourself a phone that matches the class, power, and reliability you see in the likes of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Google Pixel XL, LG V20 and so on. The device is said to have a 23MP dual lens main camera with optical zoom and optical image stabilization.

A previous rumour hinted the smartphone might have a 16 megapixel front camera, Type-C USB port and 256GB storage space.

According to a BGR report, the specs of the flagship phone OnePlus 5 might have been leaked through the internet. Latest rumor says that this upcoming phone will come with 8GB of RAM which is double the amount of Random Access Memory found in other flagship smartphones. OnePlus 5 is tipped to come with ceramic bodyshell made by the same firm which created the Xiaomi Mi Mix's ceramic exterior. The release has not yet been officially confirmed by OnePlus, but it is expected to be launched in the second half of this year.
