Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has criticised the "crazy" worldwide break that has interrupted the Premier League after only three matches.
"We had different players involved in the Euros and it is hard to start to compete again and be at 100 per cent", Pochettino said. "We played a team that played ideal counter-attack and the draw is a fair result". "We're always looking for players who can give us something different, but the market is never easy", he said.
"It's insane that we stop again in the Premier League. This is our base and we have to build on this", Klopp said. He also helped the Catalan giants lift the European Cup as a player in 1992.
"Yes it is very important for us to continue doing that", he said. "Now going to play for my country, thanks you for your support!"
Walker's substitution saw Vincent Janssen make his Premier League debut, as Pochettino reshuffled his team and Eric Dier went into the right-back position. "It's important how to manage them so they are fit to compete all season".
"I understand the reaction of our fans, it's a very good thing", Pochettino said. "It's hard for Saturday [against Liverpool] but it's sure that after the global break he's with us again and available for the team".
"I am very pleased and I am very happy for definite. We have improved because now we have two strikers", he added.
Pochettino had described how he wanted Spurs to gain momentum in his programme notes for the game, but now sees the parting from his players as impeding that.
Spurs have taken five points from their opening three games of the campaign, though a number of players such as Harry Kane are yet to find their rhythm after featuring at summer tournaments such as Euro 2016 and Copa America. "I enjoy when my players score goals and we're winning games".
